Joe Koenig
After 26 years of service, Joe retired as an Inspector from the Michigan State Police. During his law enforcement career he was lead investigator in the James R. Hoffa case, and conducted investigations of homicides, organized crime, financial crimes, computer fraud, and public corruption.
Further, Joe is past president of the Michigan Chapter of the FBI National Academy Associates. He worked for several years in the private sector in insurance, banking, and forensic accounting.
Joe is a Certified Fraud Examiner. Since 2005, he has owned and operated KMI Investigations, LLC. He holds a BS in Accounting from Wayne State University, and a Masters in Public Administration from Eastern Michigan University where he was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. He is a much sought-after speaker on his book, “Getting the Truth.”
