This is an award-winning book about reading between the lines and understanding the real message by being able to distinguish truth from deception.

We learn at an early age to tell partial truths, not complete lies. A complete lie is a statement that is 180º from the truth, not 176º, not 184º, but 180º – precisely and diametrically opposed to the truth. We can’t live with complete lies, so we learn to tell partial truths, incomplete lies that are 176º or 184º from the truth. In doing so, we leave tracks that the reader of this book can learn to detect and analyze to get the truth.
